Our mild mix microgreens are are high in Vitamins A, C, D, E, and K. They are a good source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron, copper, and zinc. Broccoli, one of the components, also contains a high concentration of the potentially cancer fighting substance, sulforaphane.
