Sunflower Microgreens
Sunflower Microgreens are harvested just as their first set of true leaves begin to emerge. They are crisp with a nutty flavor reminiscent of sunflower seeds.
Sunflower microgreens are very high in iron, and provide a great source of Vitamins A and C, plus Calcium and Potassium.

Serving Suggestions
Sunflowers are a hearty snack solo, or enjoyed in Cobb or Caesar salad, stir fry, quinoa salad, and a variety of Thai salads.
