Radish microgreens contain vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, they also deliver calcium iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. Radish microgreens are rich in essential amino acids and chlorophyll which is beneficial for digestive aid and overall heath.
Serving Suggestions
We love daikon radish microgreens with Asian dishes of all sorts. Use them to top fish or as a garnish for stir-fried noodles, or float them on top of a flavorful soup.
